I had my 2 year old wool area rug cleaned and fabric protected today, and it looks brand new again! The team was so pleasant and was very mindful of making sure the hardwood floor around my rug was clean from any spots or shoe prints. I will be recommending this company to my neighbors and friends and will definitely be a repeat customer!

These are the nicest people, upfront and honest. We don’t have carpet downstairs but have it upstairs. We have 3 dogs that had destroyed it. House smelled like urine so bad. We recently put a gate up so dogs couldn’t go upstairs anymore but the damage was already done. We either had to replace carpet or have it professionally cleaned. I knew if I went with the cheapest company I would be left with more of an odor problem than what we started with. I opted to spend more and have it done right. This company specializes in urine removal with their P.U.R.T cleaner. Prior to starting they used a light to show us where all the urine was. To be honest, I was embarrassed of how much there was. They did a fabulous job. No more odor in the house and couldn’t be happier. You do get what you pay for, but worth every penny. I will use them in future and would highly recommend them.

Today we had Johnson county Chem Dry over to clean our concrete floors. The Ray’s are such nice people you just want them to come back for a visit. Their work is top notch and they got us in the same week we called. They called and said they could come a little earlier than scheduled. That was nice as well. We will definitely call on them again.

I have nothing but high marks for Johnson County Chem Dry. They cleared up the pet stains, making the carpet look brand new again. Even the air is noticely fresher. I had some issues with some stains that came back and they didn't hesitate to come back and fix the problem. Truth, I thought they were a bit expensive but they did a very perfessional job, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will use them again.
